THE TRAVEL GUIDE TO YOUR AUTHENTIC SELF™

Pause. Wander. Remember.
Where wanderlust becomes the doorway to your next chapter.
The Pull

Have you found yourself increasingly drawn to travel lately, even when you cannot quite explain why?

Perhaps you’ve been saving destinations, lingering over photographs of somewhere beautiful or imagining yourself somewhere completely different. You tell yourself you just need a holiday, a break or a change of scenery.
But what if there is something more to it than that?
Could there be something deeper asking for your attention?
I became fascinated by this feeling because I experienced it myself.
The more I spoke with women, the more I realised I wasn’t alone. Many of us reach a point where life looks good from the outside. We have built careers, families, friendships and lives we are genuinely grateful for. Yet beneath it all there can be a persistent sense that something is asking for more. More space, perspective, aliveness and more connection.
We keep doing what we have always done. Work, family, responsibilities, and routines. Then one day travel becomes more than wanting a holiday. It becomes a pull. A strong urge to get away. To step outside your everyday environment long enough to see things differently.
Sometimes it is a journey shared with others.
And sometimes it is a journey you feel called to take on your own.
Certain destinations and places seem to call to us for reasons we cannot quite explain. We find ourselves drawn to them again and again, feeling a curiosity, excitement or longing that refuses to go away.
A place that seems to hold something for us. A place that excites us, nourishes us and expands us. A place that offers enough distance from everyday life for us to see ourselves and our lives from a wider perspective.
And perhaps our second act doesn’t begin when we find all the answers. Perhaps it begins when we become curious enough to explore the questions.
Maybe You Know This Feeling Too

You haven't said it out loud, not even to the people closest to you. But somewhere underneath the everyday, you know there is more life ahead of you, even if you cannot picture exactly what it looks like yet.

You want something to look forward to. Real anticipation, the kind that used to come so easily and somehow got dimmed over the years.

You feel that pull to travel and you cannot fully explain it, even to yourself.

You miss the feeling of being lit up by something. Not impressed. Lit up.

You know there is another chapter waiting for you. And everything you have learned, built, carried and lived through; you want it to matter. You know it still has somewhere exciting to go.

If even one of these feels close to home, I wrote this for you.

My Story

This Is Why I Created This Guide for You

I created The Travel Guide to Your Authentic Self™ because it was the guide, I needed myself.

As I moved into my own next chapter, I found myself asking questions that might be rising for you too.

What comes next for me?

Where does all this wisdom and experience I have gathered actually belong now?

How do I make sense of everything I have learned, experienced, and lived through?

The more I reflected on those questions, the more blocked I felt. The answers were simply not opening up with more and more thinking.
They arrived through experiences.
Through meaningful travel.
Through nature.
Through moments of awe and wonder.
Through giving myself enough space to hear my own voice again.
And in that space, I noticed how different life felt when I was genuinely captivated by what was around me. Curious. Fully engaged with the experience of being alive.
Travel became the lever. The leverage point that unboxed the answers in such an elegant and organic way.
…the places I am drawn to
…the conversations that light me up
…the silenced passions
…the moments that bring me completely alive
…the simple pleasures that I truly love
Individually they seemed unrelated. Together, they revealed a life pattern.
And with that pattern came a feeling I hadn’t experienced in a long time.
The feeling of coming home to myself. The feeling of thinking, “I’m back.”
Simple words, perhaps, yet deeply reassuring when you have been searching for something you cannot quite put your finger on.
In my seeking, I found myself becoming increasingly confused by all the systems telling me who I was supposed to be. Personality profiles. Frameworks. Assessments. Expert opinions.
Many of them can be incredibly helpful. But something always felt like it was missing. I came to realise they feel disconnected if the foundation of joy is missing from the equation. It’s not that these systems are wrong. It’s that we sometimes get the order wrong.
I realised I had slowly started trusting expert interpretations of me more than my own lived experience.
What I discovered instead was that joy leaves the biggest clues and fills the biggest voids.
I wasn’t looking for the surface-level happiness, but the deeper kind of joy that makes you feel energised, engaged and fully yourself..
Self-reflection alongside meaningful travel and nature helped me reconnect with that.
They created enough space for me to notice what had been there all along.
This guide was born from that experience.
It was created to help you create that same space for yourself.
To reconnect with the very foundation of who you uniquely are.
Because without that foundation, I found I had nothing solid to build my second act upon. I was trying to create new possibilities on shifting sands.
Everything changed when I stopped trying to work myself out and started paying attention to what brought me alive. What emerged was a new foundation built on joy, meaning, and lived experience. From there, I created a second act, a business and a way of living that feels authentically mine.
What You Will Experience

There are different ways to set out on your Pause. Wander. Remember. Journey with TGAS.

There are different ways to set out on your Pause. Wander. Remember. Journey with TGAS.
There are a few different ways this journey might begin for you.
You might meet your TGAS travel companion the moment you download it, curled up on the couch with a cup of tea, feeling excited about what is ahead.
You might have already begun planning a long-awaited adventure, and you want to use the guide to bring a deeper level of soul connection to your wanderlust.
Or perhaps you are already in the middle of your sojourn. Sitting beside the ocean. Wandering through a new city. Escaping to a mountain retreat. Or enjoying a peaceful moment in nature.
Wherever you are, you are in exactly the right place.
Your TGAS travel companion is there to help you reconnect with the experiences, memories, passions and possibilities that bring you alive.
Inside, a personal welcome letter awaits you.
An invitation to slow down, become present to your own experience and start connecting the dots of a life well lived.
You’ll discover one of the guiding philosophies behind this journey: to travel with intention. To spend your time so well that what is authentic to you rises to the surface.
And doing it differently this time. Not by pressure or through striving. But in your time, your space and at your pace. Through creating enough room for yourself to notice what has been there all along.
You may begin to realise that this journey is not about reinventing yourself at all.
It is about remembering. Because you did not lose your authentic self. Like so many of us, you simply set her aside while you built a life, raised a family, nurtured relationships, pursued opportunities and became everything that was needed of you.
And now something within you is asking to reconnect.
Before you even step into the Compass Guides, you’ll discover how to travel with greater intention and how to allow the places, people, conversations, and experiences you encounter to become part of your exploration.
From there, the journey unfolds naturally through seven beautifully sequenced Compass Guides, each one building gently upon the last.

What You Will Notice

The greatest gift of this journey is perspective.

The greatest gift of this journey is perspective. The kind that lets you finally see where your wisdom belongs now, and the wider horizon it has been asking to be expressed in your life.
This does not simply happen because you are somewhere new. It happens when you pair that distance with real, intentional reflection.
When you do, you begin seeing things you could not see before. You notice what energises you. You recognise what matters. You reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been crowded out by the responsibilities, routines and expectations of everyday life.
You may have spent years asking yourself the big questions about purpose, direction and what comes next. And what I have learned is that before we can answer those questions, we often need to reconnect with something much simpler.

Joy.

When we begin understanding the language of our own joy, things start becoming clearer.

When we begin understanding the language of our own joy, things start becoming clearer. Decisions feel easier. Possibilities begin to emerge. Your next chapter starts revealing itself naturally, rather than feeling like something you need to force or figure out.
This is why I believe travel can be so powerful at this stage of life.
Travel creates the space for perspective. Perspective helps you recognise what brings you alive. And what brings you alive becomes the foundation from which you build what comes next.
For me, that changed everything.
I realised I had been trying to create my next chapter on shifting sands.
What I needed was a stronger foundation. A foundation built upon what was authentic to me, what had meaning, what brought fulfilment and what I wanted more of in my life.
That is the real gift of this journey.
Not that it tells you what to do. But that it helps you reconnect with the foundation that allows you to decide for yourself.
And sometimes, the first clue is simply the pull to travel.
Something Is About to Shift

There is a particular feeling that comes the moment you decide to finally follow the pull instead of talking yourself out of it.

If You Are Feeling the Pull…
If you have been feeling drawn to travel and sensing there may be something more waiting for you there, perhaps it is time to give yourself the space to find out.
To reconnect with what brings you alive.
To recognise the experiences, passions and possibilities that have been waiting for your full attention.
And to create your next chapter upon an authentic foundation of what truly matters to you.
I would love to invite you on this journey. Pause. Wander. Remember. A beautiful way back to you.
